The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use data, insights, and analysis to execute and analyze revenue-generating projects and execute new ways of analyzing the business to support long-term strategic planning efforts at each of our client locations.At Delaware North, we care about our associates. Click here to learn more.Responsibilities nAssist the Director in the analysis of strategic customer sales, promotions, and other marketing methods to drive business results. nAnalyze and create reports on research studies regarding client and customer satisfaction and engagement and combine with other data to understand innovation opportunities.nSeek out and understand the core client and customer needs and assist in creating action plans to respond strategically to these opportunities in the markets we serve.nWork with the corporate analytics department to execute analytics projects that support all revenue-generating efforts including pricing and price optimization processes and strategies.nProvide support in the use of business intelligence, research, and industry trends to drive the brand and increase opportunities in the marketplace.nPrepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that reflect fact-based findings and recommendations regarding the next steps resulting from analytics projects.nIdeate on implications from research results that will drive business results.nAssist with execution of data architecture and warehousing and gather feedback from site staff and clients resulting in best use for data with internal and external clients. nSeek out and build cross-client relationships and help educate on the power of a CRM in conjunction with the director.nAssist in the creation and rollout of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build client relationships.nWork collaboratively with other sales and marketing leaders in sharing and utilizing best practices, systems, and processes leveraging resources where appropriate.nQualifications nBachelor’s degree in business management; Master’s degree preferred.n3 or more years in a sales or marketing role using data and analytics in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or sports industries.nExperience with data warehousing and BI tools, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Enterprise Miner preferred.nProven broad business experience in the industry with broad experience in domestic and, business intelligence and marketing technology, revenue.nExperience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business results.nAbility to travel up to 10% of the time.nWho We Are At Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
