Branded Shops Summary:
Shell-branded-shops is an exciting and important aspect of Shell Lubricants business that delivers exceptional propositions for our trade customers and our end consumers, as well as building loyalty across the value chain.
Job purpose
Accountable for the channel contractual sales targets across Egypt with shadow P&L.
Develop the network horizontally and vertically
Generate non-lube revenue from the network.
Accountabilities
Establishing Network and performance KPIs, work with sales, finance and marketing teams to establish the right financial package, returns and measures. Establish KPIs to monitor progress of the project.
Accountable and owns the branded shops sales cycle from negotiation to contracts to renewals.
Maintaining accurate records of all shops’ performance data.
Follow up on sales against targets per shop.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to close shops gaps, enhance mix and increase volumes.
Approach reputable automotive retail networks in the market and explore cooperation.
Explore with the big Auto suppliers for alliances to supply and cobranded shops.
Filter and approves Shops and operator selection based on preset criteria, Negotiate commercial terms, offering creation, offering and contracts renewals.
Follow on shops renovations and branding executions based on Shell manuals for premium locations,
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to establish a compelling Customer Value Proposition (CVP), taking into consideration Distributor, Shops and consumer as the main stakeholders,
Clear understanding of Market environment and competitor’s offers to build a strong package for Shell Shops and establish a sustainable proposition
Monitor the E2E process set-up and lifecycle (from choosing site, selling, vendor performance, CVP implementation, brand exposure, brand shop retired..etc)
Develop and Implement differentiated CVP to Shell branded shop aiming for selling more oils with synthetic ratio increase.
Be responsible and proactive in HSSE issue that affects the individual, the office/field environment and their customers
Have in-depth knowledge of the shops and oil change outlet channels, being able to handle both the economics, business set-up and negotiation of the commercial aspects of this channel business development.
Understand and keep track of changing consumer needs and business environments to ensure the network is appropriately resourced and trained to fulfill these consumer needs.
Ensure both the DVP and CVP are well articulated, appropriately tested and implemented in the marketplace.

Requirements:
Senior level with minimum 7 years experience in sales and BDM.
Proven record of strong commercial experience.
Professional Retail experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business will be an advantage.
Team Player.
Demonstration of the aspired Enterprise First Behaviors (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and Shell core values (honesty, integrity, respect for people)
Proven experience in influencing capabilities and solid relationship skills
