Position Summary
The TR Production Support Manager is a licensed employee that is responsible for running all aspects of our Bridge Loan Program.
Primary Responsibilities
Handling inbound online and phone inquiries from clients, recommending loan solutions, and quoting rates. Leads will then be passed off to Loan Officers on the team.
Handling inbound inquiries from real estate agents
Conducting trainings and other outreach programs
Promoting the program in office meetings and other platforms
Expanding the program to be offered to additional real estate firms, loan officers and other outlets
Regular reporting to our bridge loan partners
Participating in regular team meetings with management liaisons at partnering firms
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 3 years of mortgage sales experience
Licensed loan originator in at least one state
Mastery of basic mortgage concepts and strategies
Strong communication and sales skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Team oriented
