Aon’s account and relationship managers form a comprehensive perspective of our clients’ organizations, matching our expertise to their business strategy.Primary DutiesDistinctive Client ValueAs a key member of the CBU Team, provides all levels of client contact on assigned accounts.Coaching and mentoring team members on all aspects of Aon's business, including business processes, client relationship management, Aon United, performance management and moreServicing existing programs and responding to new business inquiriesAnalyzing and defining the risk exposure and coverage for assigned accounts and new businessProviding continuing service to existing clients, renewal of policy documents, submissions, cover notes and advice on policy changesActing as a liaison between client, insurers and Aon branches (if necessary), handling questions and general inquiries and preparing own correspondenceOperational ExcellenceManaging all information needed to take an application, prepare quotations, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation for billingAssisting with correspondence, client insurance summaries, promotional material, reports and presentationsLiaising with brokers as required, to contact underwriters and negotiate the best terms and conditions, premiums and coverageMaintaining department filing system, receive and sort incoming mail/faxes and distributes in a timely and efficient mannerProcessing related information/documentation in XpressQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years commercial insurance experience, managing a book of active commercial clientsProven leadership skills, with the ability to influence a broad range of audiencesRIBO license requiredCIP designation (or working towards)Customer service orientationHigh level business acumenExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSome knowledge of Aon portfolio of available client services and productsAbility to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersStrong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines.Aon's professionals are unwavering in their customer focus and integrity.
