Exciting opportunity to join Medtronic as part of the Spine Team. As a Territory Manager, you will be passionate about sales and achieving great results in expanding and developing the Medtronic market share across a broad range of Cranial & Spinal Technologies.
This is a great position for a Territory Manager who has exposure in Medical devices and is seeking a great team and company culture to progress and develop their career.
**A Day in the Life**
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace
Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products products updates, trial and in-services.
Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained
Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the companys products
Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills
Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
**Must Haves**
Mandatory- Degree qualification
**_Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
