Our client is a leading independent supplier in their industry offering the broadest and most advanced range of products and are continuously upgrading their world class production centres. Due to significant expansion, our client is now looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for experienced manufacturing and technical sales candidates who have strong experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be joining the company during a very exciting period of growth.
Responsibility for several Customer Sales Accounts throughout EMEA Sales Region.
Responsible for maintaining sales and growing new business with existing Accounts. Collaborating and reporting on activities to the Regional Sales Managers, who are responsible for the region where Accounts reside.
Promoting sales of company's standard and custom products manufactured from all facilities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the sales contact database (Microsoft CRM)
Assign and distribute all EMEA CRM leads (auto generated from our website enquiries) to the relevant Regional Sales Manager or the Inside Sales Team in a timely manner.
Provide support to the Sales Administration team, to ensure that new Customer Orders are accurately and completely defined on the MRP system, to ensure that we provide exactly what the customer has ordered or requires.
To be able to run reports to check data and advise customers on Order Status.
Continuous development of high voltage products and applications knowledge.
Experience required:
Industrial Business to Business Sales and Account Management experience, ideally with experience in administrating enquiry handling, product specifying, costing, quoting and order processing.
Experience of working in an industrial manufacturing company environment.
Good communication skills, both verbally and in written form
Proficient with the use of MS Office and Sales Contact Databases
Foreign language skills would be of benefit but not obligatory
