The Global Account Executive (GAE) serves as the primary organizational sales representative to the assigned Global Partner, Key Account or Mid-Tier (owner accounts) globally. The GAE maintains the overall relationship of the account and is responsible for creating value and client engagement at all levels of the organization and within all lines of business. By developing innovative solutions, selling integrated/bundled services, and leveraging BrandSafwayu2019s size and geographic footprint, the GAE is focused on strategically building and growing BrandSafwayu2019s national and multi-national account contracts to their maximum potential.**Responsibilities** Engage clients on business challenges and help them resolve or mitigate challenges. Create and develop client strategy including execution plans. Meet and exceed sales revenue goals along with reporting progress quarterly and annually internally and externally. Meet and exceed strategic objectives to grow national and multi-national accounts and cross-sell additional products/services. Accurately identify and forecast sales opportunities with regional/local support. Act as a leader and role model within the organization. Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of assigned markets, prices, legislation, suppliers, industry trends, and contract structure. Navigate internal/external economic factors (cost, margins, profit impact of decisions) affecting assigned areas. Understand & coordinate multi-site contract negotiations. Coordinate support for the client locally, regionally, and nationally. Ensure assigned accounts meet with companyu2019s strategic objective. Ensure customeru2019s and companyu2019s strategic objectives are aligned and understood by both parties. Coordinate company personnel involvement in strategic account management, especially with cross functional teams. Drive the adoption of innovative solutions to supplement our core services. Properly validate, clarify, and assess needs of customers on an ongoing basis. Achieve the expectations for complete profitability on the assigned accounts. Engage and coordinate the involvement of BrandSafway executive leaders with counterparts of the owner. Ability to coordinates sales efforts with cross functional teams.**Qualifications** 10 years of sales and industry experience, with an emphasis on industrial sales and a proven track record of success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and well-developed analytical skills. Knowledge of the industrial market as well as construction methods and applications. Strong network of industry contacts. Strong leadership skills and sales capabilities. Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior management at a corporate level as well as interface effectively with local site management. Bacheloru2019s degree strongly preferred, with MBA desirable.
