We are looking for a B2B Sales Coordinator to help us support the growth of our B2B business. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team with sales pitches, reporting, asset collection and distribution as well as supporting the day to day business needs. You will develop a direct relationship with our customers which include Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, Wayfair and many more.

You’ll Report To: Director, Retail Sales
A typical day as a Sales Coordinator might include:
Provide support to the sales department
Manage and execute new customer on-boarding process
Identify new business opportunities to help build a pipeline for the sales team
Create and manage new product uploads, including image transfers for new and existing accounts
Work with our operations team on order and inventory management
Place sample orders, provide tracking and confirm delivery
Asset management and distribution
Prepare account presentations utilizing sales reports, marketing collateral and trend reports to new and existing customers for our sales team
Understand current trends within the art, design and home décor space
Merchandise specific assortments for each client’s demographic
Work with the merchandising and art team to identify new art needs
Liaison between customer service and sales
You’ll be successful if you are goal driven, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for art and decor.
What You Have:
2 years of relevant work experience in sales support, merchandising or buying
Experience in ecommerce, home decor and print of demand production a plus
A passion for sales and customer service
Excellent MS Excel skills
High energy with a drive for success
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Analytical and creative mindset
Disciplined, persistent and driven attitude
Skills in organization, prioritization and attention to detail
Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary
Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
