Job Details:
At Tyson, we’re seeking an experienced change management leader to help guide our commercial sales organization to transformation. The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset, challenges organizational norms, and leverages guiding principles of change management. Success in this role requires the candidate to drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes that are being implemented concurrently, through the commercial sales organization. This candidate will have the ability to establish and leverage stakeholder relationships, create timelines, prioritize implementation plans, and excel at written and verbal communication.
Objectives of this Role
Owns relationship with project leaders across the commercial sales organization
Develops and manages organizational transformation implementation plan within the commercial sales organization
Develops and implements the communication and training plan in conjunction with training and communication resources within the commercial sales organization
Manages stakeholder and end-user engagement
Reinforces adherence to the plan and ensures successful adoption of change through KPI’s and measurements
Responsible for organizational change project success determined by successful accomplishment of defines metrics/KPIs
Must possess excellent customer facing skills pay attention to details, and drive items to completion
Must be a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Holds team accountable for achievement of milestones and course corrects where necessary
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Gain an in-depth understanding of the products, tools, and processes. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders . Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication on a recurring frequency.
Consistently align with the product and project managers on the product backlog, timelines, blockers, etc.
Create change management strategy and implementation plans, communications, meetings, trainings, etc.
Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, communications, training, or business – related program
4 years experience in a active change management role
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the change management
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Previous experience delivering large scale transformational projects
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in organizational design or leadership
Proven experience working as a change manager in a leadership role
