Profile

Drive sales of connected intelligence or integrated solutions consisting of IQVIA data/analytics and technology solutions through to successful client delivery. This role will also help drive a seamless process between sales and operational/executional excellence, bridging between MedTech client / market needs and available IQVIA assets to solve the business problem. This individual will bring IQVIA's MedTech commercial portfolio and subject matter expertise to position our organization as Healthcare's Vital Partner. IQVIA has expanded our MedTech capabilities, providing Concept to Market capabilities to our MedTech clients. Within the US marketplace, IQVIA maintains relationships with each of the top 30 MedTech clients and many others. Essential FunctionsnnServes as an integrated solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills and supporting client delivery as needed.nSupports growth targets through the sale and execution of connected intelligence solutions. nEngages directly with clients to understand market and service needs and bring them an appropriate solution.nSecures resources to ensure a seamless sales process of integrated solutions, drive sale closure, and setup for executional excellence.nBrings forward any new offering development opportunities through client engagements to the offering teamnBuilds an internal network of key stakeholders and collaborators across different business areas to meet above stated objectives.nIdentifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with CoE Leaders (U.S. and Global) to propose and deliver appropriate client solutions.nProactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.nProactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.nnQualificationsnnPossesses exemplary business development skills nMinimum of 8 years of experience nMust have experience selling and/or delivering into a Medical Technology / Medical Device organizationnBachelor's degree requirednMaster's degree preferrednExcellent client communication and organization skillsnAbility to lead and influence without direct authoritynAbility to work independently nAbility to engage stakeholders across organization to drive consensus building nDemonstrated leadership thinking strategically and acting with vision and ability to drive innovationnnAdditional RequirementsnnRequires deep expertise in at least one IQVIA CoE area along with knowledge of all other practicesnAbility to profitably price engagementsnHas a broad knowledge of the med device industrynIn-depth understanding of the IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings.nWorks willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.nKnowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the MedTech business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline.nKnowledge of analytics / consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to IQVIA data, services and assets that can benefit the MedTech segment.nKnowledge and understanding of the healthcare / MedTech marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.nDemonstrates strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.nExcellent interpersonal and networking skills.nValues people's opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.nAble to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.nEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to execute.nnIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
