Safety Science firm is looking to add a Sales Executive to there Human Factors business. This is a 100% remote job and can be located anywhere in the United States.
They would love someone in the Boston, MA of Austin, TX area but are flexible. The primary requirement in this role is someone with solid sales experience that knows how to sell advisory services has experience with using salesforce and sales navigator to network and grow business. 75% of this role is selling into existing clients such as J&J and other med device and lab/pharma companies. Any experience in device regulatory background is a plus not a must.
Responsibilities
: Proactively looks to engage the broader account plan and provide awareness to account managers of Advisory opportunities.
Contributes to the development of strategy for Human Factors Advisory
Advisory services by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends to service manager.
Maintains ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year.
Quickly builds trust and engages with customers to identify customer needs (e.g. integrating and understanding the opportunities surrounding Human Factors).
Collaborates with customer personnel to craft customized Advisory service solutions and deliver value.
Communicates value proposition of Human Factors to clients based on highly technical knowledge.
Serves as main point of client contact for specialty services throughout sales cycle.
Helps the account managers to make proposals and closings in the field for Human Factors service sales as directed by Sales leaders
Makes connections and builds trusted advisor status with relevant account owners.
Supports smooth hand-off of customer to implementation teams or customer success post-sale.
Requirements
: 4 years of related sales experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
Ability to sell advisory and consulting services not just a product
