Description
The Associate Director, Field/Sales Marketing plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The Associate Director, Field/Sales Marketing requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Field Sales oversees the local growth teams for CenterWell Florida who develop and maintain relationships with local brokers, community partners, and prospective patients through various activities during the annual election period and rest of the year (ROY) to support the defined targets and overall market growth. The Associate Director, Field Sales requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
Role specifics:
Supporting personal sales targets and troubleshoots specific customer or broker challenges
Meets targets through cultivation of new client relationships and development of productive relationships with existing clients
Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor
May participate in special projects/programs as assigned, such as training or communication sessions within or outside of the company
Maximizes revenues from sales of the organizations products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets
Locates, evaluates, and recruits potential channel partners
Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets
Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance
Provides input into functions strategy.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the sales industry with a strong preference toward clinic, broker or insurance sales experience.
A minimum of 3 years of management experience leading in a matrix environment
This role is part of Humana s Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal or relationship building skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration or a related field
Experience within the health insurance industry
