What’s the role?
The Regional Sales Manager role is sales assignment that is responsible for acquiring new Shell Fleet Solutions customers. Targeted Fleets range in size from 150 to 1000 vehicles, within a wide range of industries (i.e. construction, telecom, delivery, services)
Good performance includes winning new accounts, building a robust pipeline of prospects, demonstrated team work, and a clear drive to win.
This is an exciting and fast paced selling role that requires solid time management, a self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset, and provides excellent commercial competency growth. This role is an essential and important part of the US Fleet Solutions accelerated growth team.
We are seeking a true sales professional – an enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter, with a demonstrated track record and passion for selling.
DImension:
Geography includes the southeastern US states of FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, WV. Strong preference for the role to be based strategically within the territory (Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando/Tampa).
The role includes a company car and T&E budget. Travel varies by time of year and business needs, but in general is 25% - 50%.

Requirements:
​What we need from you -
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and selling brand value.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Large Market Fleet Card sales experience is a plus.
Previous experience setting pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Display effective communication skills; written an oral.
Display strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite, Outlook and CRM programs
Demonstrated success developing customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all levels
