Shell Lubricants Egypt continues to drive its’ growth journey while pursuing the Ultimate Potential Ambition of 2025 - 2030, building on an ever-growing & robust plan in sectors across B2B & B2C businesses.

That’ why this role has been created to be constantly looking at the future, market and macroeconomics and industry shaping trends supporting our growth in industrial sector within B2B direct and indirect channels through organization portfolio expansion, diversifying SLE’s revenue streams and capturing inorganic growth opportunities helping to reach SLE’s ambition and ultimate potential on the medium- and long-term achieving

You will be an active member of Shell lubricants Egypt team, having a clear view on the industrial business and align with the company global & local downstream/lubricants strategy starting from where SLE has reached and bring the future outlook with possible growth opportunities to reach SLE 2025/2030 ambition.

Accountabilities


B2B/industrial Ultimate potential manager who brings the outlook through developing and leading medium- and long-term ambition strategy formulation
Continuous B2B/industrial ultimate potential and ambition strategy update in accordance with market dynamics and shaping trends within consumer and commercial road transport sectors
Create and own B2B/industrial innovative opportunities pipeline management for Shell Lubricants Egypt through proper cadence process and workstreams approach
Drive and ensure continuous innovative pipeline refreshment with new initiatives ensuring innovation sustainability and business continuity over the upcoming years
Explore and pursue Inorganic growth opportunities helping to achieve Shell Lubricants Egypt ambition across the industrial sector, work cohesively with local, global, and regional stakeholders to fuel the growth of Egypt’s road to Ultimate Potential
Responsible for developing new offerings for our B2B partners and customers
Lead integrated offer development for our products and services in industrial sector
Understand and keep track of changing and dynamic industrial environment across the different sector ensuring our business is well equipped with what is required to fulfil those needs
Active part of technical service monetization journey through expanding and extending our technical services as a new revenue stream
Support B2B direct and indirect channels growth and development through exploring new business models and partnerships, keeping an eye on best practices from other industries
Support ours and our partners operations journey towards energy efficiency, decarbonization and sustainability


What we need from You


Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
MBA will be preferred
Industrial sector and application knowledge to be able to understand and tackle opportunities for growth in the Egyptian market
Minimum 5 years of experience business development, Sales & Marketing experience, or similar capacities, with proven success in developing profitable business.
Visionary with the ability to create alignment and excitement around a common vision
Able to deliver through others with strong stakeholder management skills
Able to ideate, create, own and manage the innovation pipeline
Quick to test, learn and possibly fail if needed
Strong commercial acumen
Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationships internally and externally with customers, partners and prospects
Strong market knowledge within consumer and commercial road transport sectors
Team player
Strong results-oriented player with excellent communication skills
Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
