Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking marketer to help us develop our go-to-market narrative and resources, maximizing our advertising sales revenue. This individual will create one-to-many sales narratives and positioning across different lines of business (from Retail to National, and Automotive, and more) by partnering with Sales and other internal stakeholders. A key area of focus would include storytelling for key value propositions, as well as more specific areas like high value programming (e.g. sports, major seasonal tentpole programming, etc.). This individual would also partner with our Integrated Marketing Solutions team to create compelling narratives which highlight our offerings and resonate with clients. Day-to-day would require collaboration with partner departments for their insights, develop assets like presentations, one-sheets, emails, and more for the Sales and Sales Development teams. Implements assigned projects, as directed, and may assign tasks and provide leadership within our group's area of influence. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and managing sales marketing programs across the organization, aligning prioritization with regional and enterprise sales development leaders and partner departments.
Drives results by developing sales materials (narratives, go-to-market positioning, collateral, decks) to secure new and incremental business across identified industry verticals, customer segmentation and personas.
Develops and distributes sales marketing narratives, high value programming and sports resources and integrated marketing solutions stories, targeted at specific market segments.
Assists in creating marketplace sales strategies for key stakeholders.
Works with Sales Development teams to execute and support centralized marketing programs and strategies that scale and benefit enterprise and regional teams.
Continually solicits and uses feedback to evaluate and adjusts sales and marketing strategies and narratives and plans to meet the changing customer landscape across enterprise and regional markets.
Works with Sales Development leaders across verticals and coordinates sales marketing narratives and resources with partner groups across marketing, research, product and brand
Coordinate with leaders and network partners to stay up to date on high value programming opportunities and positioning
Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
