The mission of Shell Mobility is undergoing great transformation from best fuels retailer towards best mobility retailer. As such, we are determined to develop the best on-the-go E-Mobility network as well as differentiated E-Mobility CVPs and offerings. Aligned with global Mobility leadership team, China will be one of the lead market to help Shell enrich our learnings on E-Mobility. China E-Mobility market is a huge market with over 50% of global EV population, but this market also contains a lot of uncertainty and it will take time to see how it will evolve over time. Thus it's very important to try different business models/routes to market, in different geographical locations of China, to find the most profitable means to scale.

What's the role?

The purpose of this role is to establish EV charging channel offers and develop channel clients. Channel development is expected to contribute to fast growth of E-Mobility footprints and enhance resilience of E-Mobility P&L in China. Typical channels include Real Estate developers and management agencies, and automobile related service workshops.

Moreover:


Establish EV charging channel offers and strong CVPs to channel clients;
Establish channel development roadmap;
Identify potential channel clients, establish pipeline and successfully secure and launch channel deals.


What we need from you:

To succeed in the role, you will have the following:


Strong sales skills. Skilled use of SPANCO and other Shell sales tools
Proven ability to operate in multi-disciplinary environment including finance, operations, engineering, projects, commercial, government and regulatory affairs, and strategy
Commercial mindset with external focus
Demonstrated strong or distinctive performance in previous roles
Related channel resources or management experience is a plus
