What You’ll Do
As Lead of Performance Sales, IN, you will be based in our Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai office and report directly to the Director – Digital Native. You will be responsible for driving In-App performance sales across platforms from both an existing portfolio of performance agencies and brands as well as developing and executing a new business strategy in key verticals under Digital Native. You will also participate in and actively shape **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. India Performance Sales Strategy, go-to-market and execution plan.
Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies
Identify, develop and build new relationships with Performance customers, partners and agencies to ensure long term success for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. with the key verticals
Leverage both your existing and build new C-Level relationships in the region
Achieve quarterly revenue and monetization targets
Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of buyers and demand sources
Execute app performance partnerships including app download and app remarketing campaigns
Up-sell / cross-sell customers, partners & agencies to all relevant **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platform offerings including the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. app performance DSP
Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations, etc.) to help meet your client’s needs
Build and execute a long term plan to grow **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s IN Performance business
About you:
7 years of experience in the digital performance industry. Exposure to mobile performance DSP preferred.
A strong and verified experience of hunting new business
Strong network of Mid-Level and C-level relationships across performance agencies and advertisers in the region
Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures and exceed revenue targets
Experience and ability to identify, build and close strategic trading relationships with agencies and partners
Strong knowledge and understanding of the in-app performance ecosystem including affiliate marketing, gaming & non-gaming, MTAP & programmatic buying
High-energy, passionate self-starter who has the ability to build a business with autonomy in a high-growth start-up environment
Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
