Family owned store in business more than 50 years, excellent reputation, clean books and consistently profitable. Current GSM is retiring at the end of the year. Looking to hire New Car Manager. GSM will train new person prior to leaving. Typical responsibilities include working deals, hiring & training sales people, ordering new vehicles, new car advertising plus fleet and commercial sales. Montana is truck country so plenty of business to be had. This person will also fill in doing F&I as needed.
Requires at least 3 years experience as a Ford or Lincoln sales manager, background in F&I, proven track record of sales and with excellent CSI, plus the desire to be part of a community typical of towns in Montana. Experience with Dealertrack and Vin Solutions would we helpful.
