Medical Device Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager
will drive further focus on consumer and customer demand and creation to further build strategic marketing capabilities. Providing strategic and operational leadership for the marketing function for core business segments.
The Marketing Manager
duties will include:
Creating commercial innovation to further supplement product/technology innovation
Develops robust understanding of consumer initiatives for the sales organization
Develops and nurtures a network of key leaders worldwide
Creates strategic marketing capabilities within the marketing team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
10 years of sales and/or product marketing experience
Well managed and successful proven leadership
Medical device industry experience preferred
Demonstrating leadership skills as a Marketing Manager
using methods including workflow, layout, sales, and marketing. With a team player mentality to motivate, address, and compromise. Using these skills to problems solving with attention to detail. A Marketing Manager
will implement lean Six Sigma programs for benchmark safety.
