Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for running daily reports, sales order entry, order tracking, including processing of contracts. Daily administrative communication with our overseas offices agents and correlate those with our internal credit, and export services. It will also include interaction with our agents around the world and customer interaction. This position will also be responsible for answering multi-line phones, customer service, and managing the group filing needs. Coordinate travel arrangements, arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and other duties as assigned. This person must be flexible and be willing to adapt to changes. Professional demeanor, phone etiquette, good teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic are required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
Experience: 2 plus years office experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business
Computer System preferred and basic MS Office software.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
