Aon’s account and relationship managers form a comprehensive perspective of our clients’ organizations, matching our expertise to their business strategy. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive in our Atlanta, GA office. Summary Responsible for overall strategy and results, as well as the strategic coordination of client broking, servicing and sales activities.  Leads client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business.  Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promotes the value Aon delivers to clients. Handles predominantly (i.e., 70% ) strategic risk/ large market clients.  Role and ResponsibilitiesLeader who is responsible for day-to-day account management. Oversees the execution of day-to-day service activities of the Aon service team.Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients at executive levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.  Analyzes the range of risk financing programs commercially available. Performs coverage comparisons with brokers where needed across all major lines of business.Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverages across solution lines.  Works at a strategic level to cultivate relationships with the client.  Identifies and generates new and penetration business opportunities across solution lines. Collaborates with Producers on new business opportunities.Prepares and negotiates fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the client service agreement.  Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with executive client decision-makers in client organization as well as with day to day client contacts.  Sells value driven suite of services and solutions to targeted prospects. Must be able to interact with C-Suite level. Recognizes and promotes cross-sales opportunities.Ensures that team members meet their responsibilities and seeks changes in team composition as appropriate. Educates clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues, and relevant trends.
