We offer you a position where as a Senior Sales Representative you will demonstrate quality in all actions; train and educate customers on proper use of the Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Coronary and Renal Denervation therapies and products. You'll work with Interventional Cardiologists, Nurses, Cath Lab Technicians and other hospital personnel to facilitate optimal outcomes during patient evaluation, pre-implant, implant, post-operative care of the Cath Lab Solutions products. You will also work closely with team management and Regional Cath Lab Solutions Group, providing case support to wider team when required. You will be responsible for collaborating with marketing/product management, working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and building productive internal/external working relationships. In additional to your technical support, you will be responsible to achieve business targets and you will execute on various strategies to develop and grow your business and maintain/increase market shares .

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Istanbul,Turkey and be responsible for located city and region, assist the other regions in Turkey if required.

We offer you a position where you can demonstrate your sales and marketing skills within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will be responsible for:
The Operating Unit strategy: development and execution of plans for centers within the assigned sales territory, driving and ensuring alignment of sales and service targets.
Promoting and selling Medtronics products and services within assigned geographic area and/or specific customer account to meet or exceed targets.
Developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.
Identifying growth opportunities, ensuring the collection of market and competitive data, trends and metrics, ensuring inventory management.
Providing technical support, information and demonstration of related Medtronic products.
Providing training and education for HCPs in approved sites to ensure proper use of products.
Assisting marketing in developing training and educational activities and in increasing enrollment.
Providing nursing and/or medical expertise to support case reports, journal articles and clinical reports from clinicians, represent Medtronic at conferences and symposiums.
Communicating customer feedback on new product and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Developing and executing on therapy awareness and market development plans/strategies as needed to treat more patients with therapy.
**Must Haves**
Acknowledged education and degree in relevant field/discipline required such as Nursing (OR, ICU, Cathlab), Biomedical Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Min 6- 7 years of experience in hospital work or clinical/technical support in Medical Devices company.
Demonstrated cath lab experience.
Medical device clinical/technical support experience.
Good command of English in writing and in speech.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
**Nice to Haves**
Knowledge of the Cardiovascular product lines and therapies.
Insight into legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
