As a Business Development Representative,, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our role is to lay the foundation for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. through creative & engaging prospecting. .

In this role, you will be working with customers from English and Spanish-speaking countries, so fluency in both languages is a requirement.
What will I be doing? 🚀
Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists with Account Executives
Generating new business pipeline for Account Executives through cold calling, email, social etc.
Providing a great experience for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s prospective customers
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers
Working with other functions to improve business processes
Engaging in team development and mentoring
What skills do I need? 📖
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong desire to build a career in Sales, you want to be an Account Executive in the future
1 year of customer-facing work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a )
Operational Excellence:

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
This is a non-exempt role. The OTE (70/30 split) for candidates is targeted at $70,000 - $94,900 in Florida, $74,300 - $100,400 in Chicago, and $82,600 - $111,000 in San Francisco Bay Area. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
