Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst Intern to work with our Sales Enablement team. The purpose of the internship is to provide meaningful, professional hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and leadership potential. The Sales Enablement team is responsible for developing and supporting key applications that assist our CHS sales team to be more efficient, help increase revenue and build lasting relationships with our member owners. This team supports Microsoft 365 Sales CRM and other Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). You must be driven, inquisitive, analytical, and adaptable with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ideal candidates will be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area to work a hybrid schedule, however, will consider remote options for top talent.
Responsibilities
As an IT Business Analyst Intern, your assignments may include, but are not limited to:
Guide business customers through business case development for new applications and functionality.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through front-end analysis and research.
Collaborate with other business analysts, technical staff, and management.
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and develop user stories.
Quantify business benefits to be delivered by the project or enhancement.
Track issues and problems; request and suggest assigned applications.
Identify process efficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and assist end-user training.
Partner with members of the broader IT organization and across all CHS business units.
Assist in the design, development, and rollout of our current enterprise-wide sales initiative.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar degree program
