Veolia Environnement (Paris Euronext: VIE) achieved consolidated revenue of 28,508 billion euros in 2021. ****Job Description Work across functional departments. and with field sales personnel and customers to improve communication, facilitate pricing generation and aid in coordination of project execution/scheduling between Water System Consultants (WSC) and operations
Supporting sales and marketing teams efforts to drive sales growth to improve information flow between field sales, corporate sales and marketing teams, finance, legal, and lines of business
-Work in Salesforce - this is a must-needed skill
-Handle registration to trade shows and renewal of association memberships for all WSCs
-Assist Marketing Manager with the placement of print and digital advertisements
-Provide backup to Marketing Manager as needed
-Handle and refer leads to region personnel
-Assist WSCs in entering sales leads received through website into Salesforce.com
-Run SFDC reports, as directed
-Assist in the handling of legal issues between customer/Sales (DOS/WSC) and the legal team
-Prepare prequalification packages
-Assist Directors of Sales with gathering and organizing information needed for project pricing and lead development
-Update and maintain regional map of WSCs and DOSs territories in Salesforce Geopointe.
-Compile the Monthly Pipeline reports at the end of the month (Pipeline Aging Analysis and Salesforce) for delivery to the Finance Department upon completion
-Assist corporate personnel including Sales/Marketing Analyst, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales performance in their efforts to support our sales team
-Provide back up for support services provided by sales and marketing coordinator
Skills and Attributes Requirements
-Salesforce proficiency
-Good organization and time management skills
-Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work across different functional areas within Veolia and with external customers
-Ability to effectively communicate, listen, and empathize with internal and external clients
-Adaptability to changing needs of corporate and customers (internal and external)
-Ability to work and succeed in a non-structured work environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's in Communications or related business field preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, or similar position
- Must have experience with SalesForce.com
