About the job
This position is needed to drive the success and scalability of our sales organization and its supporting teams. Our main goal is to empower and support sales organizations which, in turn, propels company performance. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with business owners across functions and sales leaders
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Administer sales incentive calculations, validate data, and research exceptions.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Org to address and resolve commission questions, working both as an advocate for the Sales team, as well as a good custodian of the business.
Analyze sales performance results to derive insights.
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes to effectively track and capture compensation data and recommend and implement process improvements.

Required:
3 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar analytical roles
Expert Microsoft Excel user with matching analytical skills
Great interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Demonstrated ability in identifying issues, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations into easily digestible messages, and communications
Ability to define, aggregate, and analyze metrics to assess performance drivers
Attention to detail and ability to drive process improvements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desired:
Experience with Xactly or similar sales compensation platforms
Experience with Salesforce.com and Google suite
Location
This role will be remote within the United States.
Approximately 5
% travel is anticipated.

Based in New York or Washington State:
$78,960.00 - $98,700.00
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $87,680.00 - $109,600.00
This role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
