The Opportunity -Strategic Account Executive
As a Strategic
Account Executive
you will connect with targeted
organizations and more sophisticated prospects
to educate them on the various solutions that FreshBooks can provide to help in the growth of their successful businesses. You are a Sales professional who has a consultative approach to uncover and understand challenges to create efficient solutions leveraging FreshBooks applications.
What You'll Do as a Strategic Account Executive
Create, manage, and close your pipeline to meet assigned quotas
Manage a sales desk of targeted outbound prospecting
Build a business plan and prospect strategy for finding non-FreshBooks users to build your pipeline
Process and manage inbound leads generated from FreshBooks marketing efforts, business development leads and other lead sources.
Leverage social media tools to help improve brand awareness and to generate leads to your pipeline
Meeting with new clients to develop relationships, deliver sales pitches, proposals, and identify needs related to the company’s products or services
Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts or contacting potential clients who represent good fits for the company’s offerings.
Light to moderate travel may be required.
What You'll Bring to the Role
3-5 years of SMB to mid-market sales experience
Previous B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding all quotas & KPI’s
Ability to attend up to four monthly in-person team meetings
Willing to travel up to 20% a month based on prospect needs
Ability to conduct online presentations via Zoom
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In
Previous experience using Salesforce,
Zoom, LinkedIn Navigator, OutReach, and SalesLoft
Previous sales training in a popular selling system (SPIN, PSS, Sandler, etc)
