**A Day in the Life**
The main purpose of this role is to promote the innovative range of Medtronic Renal Care Solutions and Gastrointestinal inovative products.
The jobholder is primarily responsible for promotion of the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole Medical Surgical team in the territory in order to maximize the opportunities and build strong business relationships with customers to ensure safe and effective usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through developing and presenting wide range of innovative ssolutions.
**Key responsibilities:**
Facilitates country specific implementation of key field development strategies & tactics.
Develops and executes local awareness programs to improve specific target education.
Builds and maintains relationship with local Medtronic service providers and distributors.
Analyzes local SBU markets opportunities and risks on a continuous basis.
Identifies, evaluates and recommends local market growth opportunities for a SBU, consistent with product line objectives.
Evaluates program impact, implements continuous improvement.
Communicates proactively to all levels of management and stakeholders.
Assures alignment with other local functional areas such as research, clinical, development, education, reimbursement and sales.
Assures alignment with Regional Market Development strategy.
Ensures alignment of education and clinical activities with the country strategy.
Supports Academia SBU Trainer in identifying the proctors and KOLs to accelerate market growth.
Supports Clinical Management with linkages to local KOLs and Therapy Centers.
**Must Haves and Nice to Haves**
University Degree (MBA will be an advantage)
3-5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
Experience with developing therapy access
Proven track record of strategic planning experience
Results driven
Business and strategic acumen
Analytical skills to understand local markets and customers needs
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation structure
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with peers, colleagues and customers across diverse cultures
Fluent Serbian/Croatian and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
