We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Alliances Team. In this role, you will work closely with our partners, sales teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations needs of the Alliances Team, including but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Alliances stakeholders
Coordinating joint marketing and sales activities with our internal Alliances stakeholders
Tracking and reporting on performance metrics
Managing the Alliance partners’ deal registration process
Supporting quarterly Alliance Team incentives
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Alliance-related records in our systems
Analyzing and reporting on Alliance partner revenue and pipeline trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Able to work hybrid out of our Chicago or Lehi Office
3 years plus of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a technology company
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
Experience with Tableau a plus, but not required
Experience providing operational support to alliance partners a plus, but not required

The annual base salary range is: $94,000-141,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
