You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies. This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Come on board and reap the rewards. Responsibilities:  Achieve Health Solutions Budget and of team's revenue target by ensuring 100% rollover of revenue and 95% client renewals.Guarantee that regular strategic client discussions are held with Consultants to further develop business.Ensure a Client Service Plan is in place and strictly adhere with the planMonitor and implement client profitability.Adhere to renewal process based on each breakthrough and metrics in collaboration with Center of Excellence (COE). Compliant to internal Aon policies and operational metrics.Full use of Aon's platform for client presentation on financial and utilization trendsObserve and complete the Aon Client Promise Methodology / Plan for all in-scope accountsAbout You: Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals. Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeAble to develop simple solutions to complex problemsStrong client-focus with a passion for delivering added customer valueResults driven and take accountability for resultsHighly analytical and diligentInterested in the insurance marketPersonable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partnersProactive and a self-starterConfident in presenting work to teammates and clientsAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and extensive experience working in an insurance, HMO, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously. How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
