Job Summary:

The Customer Service Order Specialist provides support to both internal and external customers relating to sales, warehouse & field activities. Prepares Quotations and Sales Orders, communicates progress to the customer, interfaces with other functions such as Credit/Collections, Sales, Warehouse and Procurement to ensure customer and business expectations are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Deliver high standard of service and support to project teams.
Interface with customers both internal and external.
Project management support activities.
Prepare and maintain Quotations using SAP.
Prepare and maintain Sales Orders, perform contract review.
Ensure to match the original Cameron SAP quotation, taking care to review any special requirements regarding product, delivery, documentation, packaging, Trade Compliance, etc.
Initiate Engineering Work Requests (EWR) when necessary.
Provide progress reports to customers.
Support warehousing activity / field activity as needed.
Expedite and escalate customer requests to management as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:


High School Diploma.
4 years' experience in sales, commercial related, or similar manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office products. & ERP systems.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:


Project management / project execution experience
Trainable / aptitude to learn and use product knowledge.
Experience in SAP is desired.
Self-motivated, responsible, strong work ethic, leadership aptitude, clear communication skills and personable
Effective communication and organization skills - Creative and innovative problem solver
