What will you be doing?
This is a growth position on our exchange, the largest and fastest growing revenue engine within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. In this role, you’ll be leading the inside sales effort for the publisher side, focused on growing the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Exchange customer base. You will report to the SVP-Business Development while also working closely with the leaders of all functions in the business: account management, product management, product marketing, and field marketing.  
You will be monitoring and overseeing sales metrics and the entire inside sales team, comprising of 4 people to begin with. The responsibilities in this role will include developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales, motivating the team to achieve set targets, and. providing ongoing professional development opportunities for the inside sales team members. You should also be able to utilize market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
You will also be required to communicate at multiple levels within the sales process. Thus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for a successful individual in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
You have the drive and tenacity to get the job done, and to inspire your team members to do the same. You have experience of working in an extremely fast-paced and fluid environment with a hands-on approach in solving business challenges. Ultimately, you should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Recruit, train and supervise the inside sales representatives team
Set and track sales targets for your team
Develop a scalable inside sales process for the task at hand
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Coordinate work on special projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication environment for your team
Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Skillsets Required
8-10 years of related inside sales / account management experience
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field
Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally across time zones
