About the job
The Senior Analyst
on the Go-To-Market Strategy & Analytics team (GTMSA) will support core business processes and programmatic change management in support of the Senior Vice President of North America Sales. You will report to the Senior Director of GTMSA Americas, and will work closely with the SVP North America Sales, their Chief of Staff, and the GTMSA business partners supporting each VP of North America Sales. This individual will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in command of Go-To-Market business strategy, conducting highly insightful analysis, influencing executive strategic thinking, designing new business processes, project management, and cross-functional teamwork. This person will act as a management consultant helping Twilio to clarify fast-moving strategic priorities and tackle operational challenges.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Support core business processes:
Own creation and maintenance of weekly forecasting materials for the SVP of North America Sales
Own other weekly and monthly KPI review cadences (revenue health, pipeline health, etc.)
Create and support “single source of truth” reports and dashboards for North America Sales in Salesforce
Help with QBR preparation and execution
Support select operational processes in the sales cadence
Support programmatic change management:
Re-design select business processes for automation, self-serve, and/or greater scalability
Help North America Sales Leads and their business partners in ad-hoc transformational efforts
Help design and execute key workstreams in annual planning and in-year planning revisions
Project manage ad-hoc efforts to improve the business
Collaborate closely with business owners across functions, fully immerse yourself in data, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
Communicate recommendations to senior executives, roll up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and manage the ongoing impact of the recommendations put forth
Analytical rigor and strategic thinking are a must, but must get your hands dirty to drive real, sustainable impact

Required:
Thrives at structured strategic thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication.
Can ruthlessly prioritize fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth.
Will become a trusted and indispensable business partner to Sales leadership, and play a critical role scaling the company’s rapidly growing go-to-market organization.
Is experienced (if not fluent) with the tools of our trade: Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SQL. Experience with any scale planning tools is a plus: Adaptive Insights or Anaplan, Salesforce Maps, program management software.
Desired:
Has 4 years proven experience in sales operations, sales, strategy consulting, and/or the software industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience.
Location
This role will be
remote, based on the West Coast, USA.
Approximately 10
% travel is anticipated.

$95,680.00 - $119,600.00.
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California:
$106,240.00 - $132,800.00
This role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
