Overview Description
Our Company assists Renters with negative rental histories approved for housing. This position is best suited for individuals who are a social worker at heart and have a passion for helping others. This position will be very rewarding, and you will learn a lot new information. You must have customer Service Experience, a computer, internet, and a phone.
As a case manager you are responsible for handling the client after the sales has been made, up until the client has been approved for their selected property. You will be responsible for giving the client status updates, submitting the client’s application(s) and documents, along with verify the client’s information.
Case manager will also take occasional sales calls.
Case Managers Responsibilities
• Invoice Clients
• Provide initial Service Forms to clients

• Be fully knowledgeable about service
• Answer Sales Calls
• Screen Apartments
• Complete Apartment Applications
