The Go To Market Systems organization is responsible for the selection, administration, governance and architecture of all 3rd Party SaaS applications and core GTM data sets that power our Go To Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Growth, and Customer Support).
The strength of our GTM Systems applications, data sets and teams are directly correlated with the strength of our business growth.
As a Senior Program Manager for the GTM Systems group, reporting directly to the Head of GTM Applications, you will be the bridge between our Sales, Marketing, Growth, Finance and Legal teams and our GTM Applications group.
You will partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver the new capabilities they need to deliver on our company strategy.
You will partner with a highly engaged, inclusive and fast-moving engineering team to quickly, efficiently and sustainably ship all of this work to a high-quality standard - and have fun doing it.

What will I be doing? 🚀
Manage the team’s quarterly project roadmap: organise work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise this work with your managers so your team is always working on the most impactful projects
Responsible for delivery of project/program activities, driving requirements discussion and cross-functional alignment, generating clarity and partnering with peer organisations to remove barriers.
Work closely with business systems analysts, business systems engineers, stakeholders, and other resources to deliver projects/programs from ideation to completion.
Develop project plans to track activity, timelines, and resources.
Identify
issues, risks, dependencies, and
develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate end-to-end GTM Systems projects, including project planning, status tracking, design, testing, and release activities.
Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements, where applicable driving retrospectives for insights
Facilitate project meetings and drive censuses across different business organisations.
Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates to broad audiences, up through executive leadership
Help craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.
Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers
What skills do I need? 📖
Experience as a project and program manager, with a proven track record of working with cross functional teams and delivering complex and impactful projects.
You can clearly communicate roadmap decisions and the rationale behind them. You’re comfortable making decisions without consensus. You can help others make decisions by being persuasive and persistent. You are excellent at stakeholder management.
You're self-driven and able to close out projects.
You’re organised and strategic, not ad hoc.
Experience working with Go To Market teams and applications.
Experience working with Salesforce (Must have) and CPQ (Nice to have).
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Scrum Master and Agile experience in a technical organisation preferred.
Solid grasp of Sales business processes in the opportunity-to-close cycle and configure, pricing, and quoting process.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.
Experience with Lucidcharts, Visio, gliffy, and other diagram tools.
