The Opportunity As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our APAC Growth Operations team. Job Responsibilities:Serve as the Sales Operations partner for BU in APAC, with helix reporting into the local BU leader and APAC Growth Operations.Act as the main point of contact for client team questions regarding Aon Connect even when not directly responsible for the process. Supporting all Aon Connect (CRM) activities for BU:Aon Connect training and licensing of new colleaguesDAU/Global Standard ExecutionContract SupportGrowth Strategy/Campaign SupportMarketing CoordinationEnd-user case management Data entry and taggingData quality auditing and clean upSupport BUs reporting needs. Provide data and insights that support growth, help target and pursue prospects, and better manager resource utilization and capacity.Keeps documentation and training materials up to date and assists in the delivery of trainingCommunicates effectively and proactively with BU client teams on timelines, risks, and issues.Expected to serve as back-up support (even if not directly aligned) for other BUs where required.Acts as conduit between the BU and the Growth Operations community:Helping to bring the best of Aon’s Growth capabilities to the BUWorking to support BU to meet global standard timelinesProviding recommendations for the regional and global team on best practice from the BU, process improvements and common issue resolution.As part of the broader Growth Operations community the successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to projects that accelerate our regional capabilities which are structured across the following disciplines Growth Insights, Global Standards Execution, Operational Excellence, Campaigns, Culture) Skills and Knowledge RequiredPassionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow-up and exhibit creative problem solving – ultimately delivering projects and assignments on target and on time within a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to work closely with various cross functional groupsA creative thinker who brings innovative ideas, new perspectives, and a wealth of enthusiasmExcellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and relationship skillsDemonstrated responsiveness to colleague and leadership requestsQualifications include bachelor’s degree in Business or related major, excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).
