Profile

Addison Group’s client is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of professional office experience and excellent multitasking skills. This contract position is currently remote.
Job Description:
Review and approve U-verse Linear TV Inventory requests from Ad Sales Pricing and Planning
Coordinate with the Ad Sales Planning and Traffic groups to ensure proper clearance and execution of media plans.
Manage multiple overlapping inventory requests daily
Maintain and distribute Inventory reports for DirecTV and U-verse Linear Inventory
Create selling titles in Dealmaker
Maintain inventory codes in WideOrbit
Coordinate communication between Planning, Research and Traffic for specific initiatives
Help with evaluating Linear sellout levels
Improve Live Sports Inventory Management tactics
Take care of ad-hoc requests
Interact with multiple teams and ensure execution of plans are going smoothly
Compile and distribute data reports
Qualifications:
BA/BS
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm and tactful in high stress situations
Great attention to detail and organization
Ability to work well both independently and with multiple teams
Self-starter with a no task too small mindset
3 years' experience in a television traffic or advertising operations environment preferred
2 years of professional office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
WideOrbit, Dealmaker, Salesforce experience preferred
The pay-rate for this fully remote position is $16/hour.
