Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
We are looking to hirea Sales Director, focused onselling demand-side software toagenciesand tech companiesinNorth America. This person willreach out to key prospects and consultatively engagewith both outbound and inbound leadstoclose net-newBeeswax customers. You will work closely with sales leadership to apply our successful sales playbook, while also exercising your own creativity and unique customer engagement style. Additionally, you will collaborate with Beeswax's marketing, product, and account management teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience, share market feedback and hone solution positioning. Most of all, the ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of key growth goals and deliver on new-client revenue expectations. 
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, digital media, and cloud-based infrastructure who hasdeepexperience in theprogrammaticAdTechecosystem andpast successdriving revenuefor demand-sideplatforms and/or media organizations:
​What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound means
Leverage strong ecosystem relationships with agencies and tech companies todrive net-new platform revenue and media spend
Generate new leads by researching the market and engaging with key stakeholders at qualified companies
Qualify inbound leads through exploratory conversations
Drive leads from qualification to close in a complex and competitive market
Deliver compelling sales presentations and UI demos, and be able to effectively explain Beeswax's unique market positioning and customer advantages
Deeply understand existing and potential customers' use cases and technical requirements, and be able to speak intelligently as to how the Beeswax platform can uniquely service those needs
Become a product expert on the Beeswax platform and the Freewheel family of products, demonstrating domain expertise in real-time bidding and digital advertising
Represent Beeswax at industry and networking events
​Who you are:
9 years of sales experience in AdTech and/or digital media, calling onad agencies and/or tech companies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
Agood listenerwith the ability toboth,understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides,and convertthat understanding into a Beeswax product solution
A passion for customer success and track record of happy, growing customersand great industry relationships
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great

Salary:
Pay Range: $99,584.65 - $149,376.98

Targeted Commission: $150,000
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
