Accountable to develop and execute the overall digital strategy for both brand and channel, in order to meet North America Lubricants strategic roadmap objectives
Requires an in-depth understanding of our existing local and global platforms.
Scope of influence and accountability includes loyalty programs, paid Search Engine Marketing, Digital Video, Social Media, Websites, sales and customer digital content platforms, e.g. MarketHub, Microsites, eCommerce, SEO, Ratings and Reviews and Digital Display Marketing that supports all channels and Pennzoil, Quaker State and Rotella and B2B digital marketing needs.
Accountable for overseeing the relationships with both brand and digital agencies; ensures the digital strategy is thoroughly developed and clearly communicated to marketing both locally and globally, as well as sales.
Responsible for defining digital competency and proficiencies should be and closing the gap across the organization.
Plays a key role in helping to define and influence the long-term digital roadmap.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with experience in SEM, SEO, Display, Email, Mobile, Tracking and Social Media management or any related marketing experience.
Prior sales or marketing experience required.
Candidate needs to have high skill level of digital technology knowledge including and not limiting to Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of digital analytics and how to improve decisions with the usage of data.
Strong analytic and creative thinking skills preferred.
High degree of leadership, communication and ability to drive results through others.
Strong Team player with interpersonal skills.
Self-starter and ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and meet time deadlines.
