Accountabilities:
Developing annual core education and training curriculum to address all relevant compliance principles, laws and industry regulations (e.g., OIG Compliance Program 7 Elements, Federal Healthcare Program and FDA requirements), as well as integrate solutions derived from other elements of compliance program (e.g., Data analytics, monitoring, investigations, etc.).
Ensure U.S compliance related training requirements and educational needs are met, including any corporate obligations (e.g., General and Specific training modules development, maintenance and course completion), as well as any training related needs that arise in relation to and/or resulting from compliance risk assessments, monitoring, internal audit, investigations, observations, business activities/decisions and inquiries)
Establish a network of Compliance champions in the business to integrate compliance messaging and concepts into established business training cycles
Develops innovative ways to regularly measure, analyze, deliver and communicate Compliance education and training initiatives as well as assess associates understanding, knowledge retention and potential productivity impact
Establish strategic partnership and active participation in cross function training and education workstream to ensure efficient and coordinated delivery and tracking of all learning requirements
Leading the engagement and work product of strategic vendor suppliers to deliver key training
Conducts ongoing needs analysis with key internal stakeholders, compliance Business Advisors, and leadership to identify and confirm training and development gaps and opportunities.
Lead the organization in identification and implementation of innovative and multi-channel delivery mechanisms
Establish partnership with World-Wide and U.S Communications teams to ensure timely multi channel communication mechanisms to inform and deliver key compliance insights, and education.
Serve as Compliance Business Partner, Oncology and Medical BU
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree ; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years’ experience designing and executing compliance education training; training experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Strong knowledge in all key elements of pharmaceutical compliance program
Pharmaceutical experience, particularly in Compliance, Investigations, sales, marketing or clinical training experience
Demonstrated experience in management and leadership development learning and design
Experience managing and influencing within and across a matrix organization
Experience leading a team is a plus
Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills working in teams and across a diverse stakeholder matrix
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to develop online/distance learning options
Understanding of multi-faceted platforms and learning technologies and styles
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in high stress situations balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to travel up to 25%
