What the day will look likeBased on a list of new logo targets (e.g., internal referrals, local market target clients, RFP, roundtable, global clients, etc.) the individual would generate meetings for the practice, create sales opportunities and close dealsIdentify marketing opportunities and work with Marketing & Communications team to execute on themBuilding relationships with US and other Global Health, Commercial Risk and Wealth Solutions colleagues to generate opportunities for the practiceDevelop Aon IQ and Health Solutions acumen to position Aon’s differentiated value with prospects and strong understanding of all current and emerging solutionsDeveloping relationships with client prospect decision makersProvide guidance, mentoring and support to Relationship Leads in developing sales acumen and sales activity, supporting the Relationship Lead in the contracting of a new client, confirming revenue for the work performedSupporting the development of marketing campaigns and market facing communication/sales strategies to enable the business to winDrive and expand brand awareness by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand market awareness, driving demand for consulting services, and increasing revenue of the Health Solutions practiceWill not have any direct client responsibilities, but may have ongoing client relationships to foster referrals or other new business pipelineSupport all defined markets in the producer’s territory - e.g., central region producers will need to dedicate a portion of their time, pipeline and targets to local markets (Windsor, London, Burlington, Toronto, Ottawa, etc.)Diligent CRM through Aon Connect, regular contact with prospects, and maintaining a pipeline to achieve sales targets for the year How this opportunity is differentThe opportunity to work in a growth role that allows for the individual to grow, work with other functional areas, bring their individual strengths and opportunities to the table to build a practice and team that is stronger as a unit versus individual.
