The Endocrinology Inside Sales (IS) Representative will manage territory base business and growth by selling direct to customer, Medtronic Diabetes products and services.
**A Day in the Life**
_Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals._
_Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate._
_Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies._
_Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services._
_Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems._
_Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives._
_Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up._
_Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)_
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
_Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, with a High School diploma, or;_
_Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with an associate degree, or;_
_Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a bachelors degree._
**Nice to Have**
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success in a sales position or equivalent Consumer Care experience, as indicated by level of sales performance against established objectives / goal
