Kelly Technology is searching for an exceptional Sales Director with a proven track record of building sales operation and sales teams from ground up. nItu2019s a direct hire role at fast-growing start-up specialized in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Performance Management Software for global pharma space.nThis person must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills. This is a hunter role and requires extensive pipeline building and prospecting.nThis is a highly compensated role with competitive salary, bonuses and incentive plans.nu00a0nJob Responsibilities:nIn a beginning, will build a foundation of successful operation of sales department. Will start with choosing and implementing tools, processes and practices.nResponsible for landing and expanding revenue growth in enterprise market in the assigned region through the development and leadership of sales professionals.nDevelop and execute a territory plan focused on revenue generation.nu00a0nBuild a metrics-driven sales pipeline of new accounts in respective remote field.nQualifications/Experience Required:n3 years of experience in B2B Software/SaaS product sales in start-up environment.nExperience selling into Pharma industry C-Suite and Pharma Product Development Departments is highly desired.nPrevious history of building successful sales operation(s) and teams, choosing CRM, defining leads, sales plans, and becoming a role-model for Sales associates.nAbility to manage a pipeline, carry through and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.nCapability to qualify opportunities in and interact with other team members to work toward closing deals.nExpertise in assessing client needs effectively and addressing needs through new products and services.nA strong track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals.nKnowledge in demonstrating a solution over the phone/web conference and in person.nProven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.nExperience with CRM and BI/Data Analytic tools.nu00a0nInterested in this role?
