We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Global Enablement ISO Program Manager who will have demonstrable experience of project managing the entire lifecycle stages of content for readiness programs for ISO audiences globally. This role will also be responsible for partnering with Sales stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to build programs to enable the ISO teams globally to succeed.
This individual will need to be self-motivated, result-driven, passionate about learning and development, and have what it takes to challenge the status-quo. With this career opportunity, you will leverage your strategic thinking, program management, analytical and problem solving skills in a growing GTM organization that delivers incredible results.
What You Will Be Doing
As the ISO Enablement Program Manager in the Sales Readiness team, you will be responsible for all aspects of running seamless enablement programs for our Sales Development Reps (SDR) and/or Corporate Account Executives (CAE) teams globally. To do this, you will need to:
Build, drive the delivery and execution of key enablement ISO programs and projects
Business partner with ISO management and ISO stakeholders globally to provide recommendations of programs to help with the development of the SDR & CAE teams
Facilitate, coordinate soft skills training
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in the Global Enablement team and across Pure for seamless learning experiences
Provide geographical coverage with the delivery and execution of enablement programs
Support the planning and delivery of enablement programs on a quarterly basis
Track milestones and progress throughout the programs
Coordinate and ensure SME engagement and quality of content delivery
Execute on program strategy and communication for adoption across the ISO organization.
Develop and document workflows and processes
Provide recommendations based on enablement metrics for program and learner effectiveness.
Provide regular proactive reporting to the business for inclusion in regular meetings and business reviews.
Create collateral to support the learning journey for different ISO audiences
What you bring to the team
Experience with ISO org, KPIs, and processes to drive sales learning and development content and programs
Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills as well as keen attention to detail
Passion about the quality of what you do with an intense desire to continue to make everything you are involved in better
Multi-skilled, willing and able to learn quickly and comfortable with jumping from one project to the next
Team Player with the ability to develop effective working relationships across various groups and stakeholders
Excellent customer service, resilient with a creative and positive outlook, and a genuine interest to make a difference, drive results and improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret data and make recommendations accordingly
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5
years of training and content program management experience
Proven proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Salesforce and content development tools.
One year of tech sales experience is a strong plus
