What will I be doing?
We are looking for an extremely driven individual who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaboratively on a new best-in-class program in development. Specifically, the Sales Representative, Small Business will be responsible for activating and enhancing revenue opportunities by initiating and supporting sales strategies to grow Hilton’s Small to Medium Size Business (SMB) program.
You will be responsible for implementing and driving our SMB sales and enablement strategy, and proactively communicating the program value and performance to internal partners, including providing monthly performance metrics/updates to leadership. This position will assist with creating and maintaining our SMB Playbook and educational resources for internal partners, hotels, and above property sales teams. In addition, this role will collaborate with HRCC and Sales Support on customer service use cases and develop streamlined solutions for sales-related customer escalations from SMB customers.
More specifically, you will:
Review business intelligence to help develop our lead generation pipeline in collaboration with our business development, marketing, and brand performance teams
Develop and deliver elevated customer correspondence and services to top-tier SMB companies enrolled in the program.
Work collaboratively with our SMB workgroup and internal partners to manage Hilton’s SMB program
Collaborate with brand support and commercial teams to promote and elevate the SMB program to the hotel and above property partners to drive enrollment

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Two (2) years of related Hospitality Sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
10% travel
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
Four (4) years of related Hospitality Sales experience
Experience using Salesforce
