Sales Accounting Manageru00A0Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Accounting Manager to join our Pilgrimu2019s team at the Corporate office in Greeley, CO. The overall responsibility for the Sales Accounting process with a specific focus on Deductions, Sales Programs and SAP Pricing.u00A0 Key to this role is managing and supporting the team and ensuring that we have the correct resources both in people and systems.u00A0 This role also has a focus on looking for better ways to manage the processes and looking for automation opportunities.u00A0Responsibilities: Own the effective management, resourcing and development of Sales Programs, SAP Pricing, Deductions and Claims teams. Work with Team managers to Prioritize and manage workload with the team Agree and monitor KPI goals for all 3 teams. Take corrective action when necessary Review weekly and monthly reporting. Look for ways to automate and rationalize reporting Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for Sales Accounting teams Work with Cash apps and Collections teams on any areas that impact Sales Accounting Work with Deductions Manager to minimize open deductions and manage the aging Work with Foodservice/Retail Sales teams and the Sales Programs team lead to ensure programs are complete and properly managed Work with Pricing team Manager to ensure that KPIs for pricing input to SAP are met. Determine opportunities for Pricing automation Ensure all SOX controls across the Sales Accounting team are met and pass audit Own the ongoing development/implementation of Blacksmith, High Radius deductions, and any other software platforms Analyze Denied Deductions and work with appropriate parties for resolution Understand and support the end to end Order to Cash process Work with IT in regards to SAP program development, reporting and RPA opportunities. Be actively involved in the SAP Hanna upgrade Manage headcount for the team, make and backup recommendations to the Sales Accounting Controller Other duties as assigned u00A0Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Excellent phone, computer, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Intermediate to advanced excel skills Ability to manage and motivate a team of 3 direct and 20 indirect reports Motivated and tenacious team player Extremely organized Self-driven to learn and adapt quickly. As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
