The Incubating Unit (Diabetes & NS) strives to enable earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complicaiton-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less invasive surgical solutions.
We offer you a position where, as a Sales Representative you will demonstrate quality in all actions; train and educate customers on proper use of the Medtronic Capital Equipment, ENT, BM, PH,TS, Diabetes etc. Management and Gynecological therapies, Diabetes and products. You will work with Endocrinologist, Neurosurgeons, ENT surgeons, Gynecologists, Nurses, HCPs, OR Managers and other hospital personnel to facilitate optimal patients outcomes. You will also get an opportunity to work with healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for Surgery.
You will be collaborating with marketing/product management, working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and building productive internal/external working relationships.

**A Day in Life**
We offer you a position where you can demonstrate your sales and marketing skills within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will be responsible for:
The Operating Unit strategy: development and execution of plans for centers within the assigned sales territory, driving and ensuring alignment of sales and service targets.
Promoting and selling Medtronics Innovation portfolio products and services to specialists and clinical/technical professionals within assigned geographic area and/or specific customer account to meet or exceed targets.
Developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.
Identifying growth opportunities, ensuring the collection of market and competitive data, trends and metrics, ensuring inventory management.
Providing technical support, information and demonstration of related Medtronic products all over the country to HCPs .
Assisting marketing in developing training and educational activities and in increasing enrollment.
Providing nursing and/or medical expertise to support case reports, journal articles and clinical reports from clinicians, represent Medtronic at conferences and symposiums.
Communicating customer feedback on new product and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Developing and executing on therapy awareness and market development plans/strategies as needed to treat more patients with therapy.
Responsible to conduct & follow up sales target with Distribuotr field force for the follow up of assigned target .
**Must Haves**
Bachelors of Pharmacy/ Biomedical Engineering/ Science or above qualification.
3-5 years of experience in hospital work or clinical/technical support in Medical Devices company.
Experience of driving regional distributors.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of total time.
Good command of English in writing and in speech.
**Nice to Haves**
Insight into legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Experience in surgical products sales.
