(2008 to 2012 Honoree: Inc 5000 fastest growing companies and a SEI CMMi Level 3 company) serving clients since 1995 is a fast growing IT Consulting, Products & Services company, currently seeking energetic Business Development/Sales executives for our Chantilly, VA headquarters. This is a six-figure earning opportunity for an aggressive and focused sales professional to sell: Staff Augmentation/professional services & Project solutions, Software Products to Prospective clients. The BDE/Sales Managers develop key relationships with IT hiring managers/Directors/VPs/CIOs in Fortune 2000 companies, State and Local agencies, to learn more about their IT initiatives and promote VLS offerings.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience selling successfully IT Staff Augmentation or IT Solutions/ IT Software Products.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of prior experience working with a major IT Staff Augmentation company or a Solutions Company and/or Consulting Company and/or Software Companies Professional services division.
- Must have prior experience with presentation of IT Service capabilities to IT Managers/Directors/VPs at the Fortune 1000 client companies.
- Must have a proven track record of capturing, retaining clients.
- Must be able to meet a quota of $1-2 Million Dollars per Year.

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
-Persuasion and negotiation skills are among the best. Able to make a positive first impression.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience with a focus on Sales/Marketing is a great plus.
Responsibilities
- Work off of a target list of companies that are in VLS database and to develop new Client business.
- Generate new leads by making cold calls and other means.
- Generate IT Staffing, Solutions sales leads and place IT professionals and procure IT projects (both on-site, off-shore) or should be able to see IT Software products.
- Identify key decision makers with in companies to establish professional relations and win business.
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding client IT Staff Augmentation requirements or Project needs and provide solutions based on the client needs.
- Documenting the processes, requirements and respond to client RFP, RFI, RFQs
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients key contacts hiring managers; explaining service capabilities, preparing contracts.
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
- Service clients by recommending our available candidates/consultants for their current needs or Solutions or products.
- Able to forecast Monthly Sales Goals, build a great pipeline and measure Business results.
- Attend networking events to build clientele relations.
- Negotiate bill rates and salaries with hiring managers to stay within Client’s budgets.
- Work closely as a team with dedicated Technical Recruiters on the top talent available for Staff Augmentation needs and Project Managers for the delivery of Solutions.
- Manage consultants on the client site to ensure job performance is above satisfaction.
