Account Executive AnalystWe currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Account Executive Analyst in the Aon Affinity Travel Practice! Business Unit Goals Aon Affinity Travel Practice is a leading global provider of customized, revenue generating travel insurance programs for some of the best known brands in consumer travel. Job Overview Collaborating with team members spanning account management, marketing, analytics and client delivery, you will have responsibility for maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders from the world’s leading travel brands. You will drive relationships and deliverables with key partner contacts on a day to day basis and lead internal coordination efforts. Prepare and monitor baseline analytics and contribute to development and execution of strategies related to renewals, new business and other optimization proposals. Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our travel industry partners in successfully marketing our insurance products to their customers to optimize purchase behavior. This includes developing recommendations related to the program overall, including product features and benefits and consumer marketing across all channels (i.e. trade marketing, online, email, call center scripting, etc.).Managing operational, financial and technical work streams related to product and service delivery and performance, including responsibility for budgeting and baseline financial analysis and performance benchmarking, as well as assessing year-over-year sales and performance trends and go-forward projections.Understanding our clients’ evolving business, as well as macro travel and insurance industry trends, to appropriately position our products and services. This includes monitoring and applying trends related to travel consumer behavior, booking patterns and destinations, client brand positioning, travel pricing dynamics, etc.Lead all internal coordination efforts related to program-set up and change management including updates to internal systems, legal documentation, internal knowledge training, partner training and coordination with insurance carriers..Drive relationships and interaction with functional stakeholders at partner companies, spanning revenue management, marketing, accounting, IT, guest services, call center leadership, etc..Actively listen to client concerns, needs, goals or objections, both stated and unstated, to identify opportunities or competitive threats. Help marshal the appropriate company resources to be responsive to those concerns, needs or goals.Writes or otherwise communicates (email, PowerPoint ) persuasively with partners, consumers and insurance company representatives to help explain product concepts, program financial performance, pricing opportunities, program changes, etc.Suggest, initiate and lead projects in conjunction with other functional areas or subject matter leaders to address specific client issuues during the course of managing our clients’ programs.Assist in the prioritization of work and task sharing during times of peak demand on particular partner relationships.Core Proficiencies and QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of relevant account management experience (in insurance, travel, marketing or related field) including experience in a partner-focused, consultative service environment.
