Job Description
Intel's US Sales team is looking for a leader for our US Federal Civilian team. We need a Subject Matter Expert in this sector with demonstrated success working in this environment, building partnerships internal within Intel and external with the ecosystem and our customers. Our Civilian leader needs to build and manage a team focused on delighting our customers and delivering value to Intel. The Manager is responsible for Intel product sales and brand enhancement in the Civilian Sector.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Align with business unit and sales and marketing leaders on Intel business strategy, priorities, products and objectives.
Grow the Civilian team. Recruit, Hire, Train, Retain an inclusive and exceptional team
Ensure accountability for results and a collaborative environment where sector trends, threats and opportunities are raised quickly.
Remove roadblocks, secure necessary resources and ensure the team is enabled and responds quickly to changing market and competitive dynamics.
Be Intel's internal and external voice of the customer and US Federal business. Develop rich and influential personal relationships with ecosystem executives, including OEMs, OSVs, ISV's, CSP's, SI's, VAR's, Channel.
Role modeling and cultivating a winning tenacity and the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience at Intel and in the Civilian Sector
like:
Delivering sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed teams
Leadership skills demonstrated with direct and matrixed teammates/reports, and senior business partners to deliver sales and organizational results.
Experience, relationships, and success working with the US Civilian Community and the Ecosystem of SI's and Technology providers that work in this Sector.
- Candidate based in the Washington DC Metro area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Degree
in Business, Engineering or related experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$220,620.00-$353,000.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
